Traffic restrictions for the week beginning on June 29

Dear Readers! According to the information of the Office of the President of the Republic, due to protocol events of the Head of State, a periodic restriction of pedestrian and car traffic in the vicinity of Szent György Square is expected in the following time zones:

On Tuesday June 30, 2020, from 15.00 until 18.30;

On Thursday July 2, 2020, from 8.30 until 14.30, and from 17.00 until 21.00;

On Friday July 3, 2020, from 8.30 until 12.30.

During these periods, we recommend you to approach NSZL from the direction of Dózsa György Square, using the Express Elevator located on Palota Street.

National Széchényi Library can also be accessed, by a longer uphill walk, from Clark Ádám Square via Sikló Street, using the route starting at the Zero Kilometer Stone of Budapest.
