Free cultural events on 20 August

 

On St. Stephen's Day, Saturday 20 August 2022, we will be hosting an open day and a variety of events. Our reading rooms will be closed, but visitors can take part in free guided tours of our buildings and storage rooms, exhibition, and a demonstration of handpress printing.
Our bookshop and gift shop will also be open on the Open Day to welcome book lovers.

Location: Budapest I. district, Szent György tér 4–5–6.
Time: 20 August 2022, Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm 

Our guided tours are subject to prior registration. Please confirm your online registration in person at the main entrance information desk before the start of the programme (from 9.30 a.m. onwards).

The maximum number of groups is 25. Participants are expected at the main staircase inside the building ten minutes before the start.
