Board Meeting of the International Association of Music Libraries in Budapest

The International Association of Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centres (IAML), an organization comprising over 1.500 members, held its mid-year board meeting on 23–24 February 2018 in National Széchényi Library. Apart from the approval of the official reports and the retrospective evaluation of the 2017 annual congress in Riga, the agenda included discussions about IAML’s electronic archive, the future of the international repositories (RISM, RILM, RIdIM, RIPM) sponsored by the organization, and IAML’s medium-term strategy. At the same time, the Board also reviewed the preparations for the annual congress to be held in Leipzig from 22 to 27 July 2018.
