Blurb of the book: “Studies and essays included the book entitled “Open Library” aim at presenting the contemporary work and diversity of libraries to the Hungarian audience, based on American examples. Most of the experiences of the author living in the United States are valid on an international level. The purpose of the writings is to share experience gained by this unique position. Texts, published in Hungarian library journals, aim at forming a bridge between the two worlds, between libraries and librarians, reflected and with lots of self-irony.”
