Kriterion Publishing House has been a cooperating partner of the Hungarian national library for years. Jointly with National Széchényi Library, it launched, among others, a gap-filling series (Editors of the series: László Boka and Tamás Gusztáv Filep) entitled Collected Works of Aladár Kuncz. Since its foundation, Kriterion Publishing House has traditionally been a committed publisher of Hungarian minority literature in Transylvania. At the same time, the bulk of the bequest of Aladár Kuncz, author, critic, translator and essay writer, can be found in National Széchényi Library.
Volumes of the series having been published so far, including Black Monastery and A Piece of Marble, literary and philological tidbits, discoveries and plans for the future will be presented to those who visit us on Tuesday December 8, 2015, from 4.30 p.m. or next day, on Wednesday December 9, from 4.30 p.m. The event on Wednesday will feature several other novelties by Kriterion. Venue of both events will be the Lounge of National Széchényi Library on Floor 8.
