Under the auspices of the Hungarian-Turkish Cultural Year, the NSZL organised a symposium in cooperation with the Presidential National Library in Ankara. The focus of the event on 21 May 2024 was the oeuvre of the Transylvanian-born diplomat and founder of printing press, İbrâhîm Müteferrika.

The IAML Hungary held its General Assembly in the NSZL

On 17 April 2024, the National Library hosted the 2024 General Assembly of Hungary of the International Association of Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centres (IAML), where the Head of the Music Collection of the NSZL gave a presentation to the audience.
