Sculptor Sándor Finta (1881–1958) spent most of his active years in America, and he settled in Brazil in 1920. It was during his years spent in South America that he got acquainted with Indian culture which provided a new theme for his art as a sculptor.

During the 26th Budapest Wine Festival, National Széchényi Library can be visited during its usual official opening hours. The easiest way to approach NSZL is to come from Dózsa György Square, using the Express Elevator. Visitors coming to our Library are kindly asked to tell the organizers of the Wine Festival that they want to visit NSZL, and also to present their Reader Pass. Organizers of Budapest Wine Festival will help you to get access to the Main Entrance of National Széchényi Library.
